Rafting on the upper part of Arda River is the best part for rafting in the Rhodopes. This is the only place in Bulgaria, which allows us get adrenalin while rafting for 2 days, away from the civilization.

The adventure on Arda River starts on the HPP Beli Izvor. The only way is with the raft down the river, the road and the civilization remain away from us. After a day, full with adrenaline emotions , extreme rapids and good memories, we reach the magnificent Devil’s bridge – the biggest in the Rhodopes, where we will set our camp.We set our tents and have a campfire.

On the following morning after breakfast, we are again with our friends in the river, again far from people and cities. Ahead of us is the second and last part of Arda river, which flows in Kardzhali dam.

Persona needed equipment: warm clothes for the evening, towel, bathing suit, t-shirt, head light, personal camping equipment(tent, sleeping bag, sleeping mat). In case you do not have such, we will provide.

Starting point: HPP Beli izvor.

Level of difficulty: it is recommended to have tried rafting, because the rafting each day takes about 4-5 hours.
