Description
It is called ‘ Europe’s treasure’, the river is long 140km, and is located in the National park Durmitor.
Dates: when a group is formed.
Day one: we leave Sofia in the morning at about 6.00 a.m., stop on the way in the village Mokra gora , which is famous for after the reconstruction of the light rail in the region. From the air, the light rail has the shape of number 8. The popularity of the village had gained the Wooden town, created by Emir Kosturitsa. All the buildings are woodedn and the streets are named after famous people – Nikita Mihalkov, ernesto Chegevara, etc. Free time in the town and transfer to the bungalows on the river bank.
Day two: – breakfast, equipment and transfer to the starting point of the trip in the Tara canyon. To the start you can reach with jeeps or busses, as it is mountain road. During the trip you will enjoy the beautiful scenery and rapids. During the rafting we will pass by a majestic waterfall, under which we will go with the raft. The river colour is clear blue and its clarity helps you see easily the bottom, even in the deepest part of the river. Lunch and free time for relax. Dinner, accommodation in the camping.
Day three: after breakfast we have the second extreme trip on Tara river. After we get our new dose of adrenaline, have our free time in the nature.Lunch, dinner and accommodation in the bungalows.
Day four: After breakfast we pack our luggage and leave Tara river. The arrival in Sofia is in the evening.
