Description
Kayaking on the island of Kefalonia, which is the largest island in the Ionian Sea. In addition to the picturesque views and beautiful beaches, the island also has beautiful caves (Melissani and Dojarati), and we will visit by boat the world-famous Melissani.
Dates: when a group is formed;
Day one: departure from Sofia early in the morning. We arrive in Killini and a ferry transfer to Kefalonia Island follows. We set up our tents in the campground. Overnight in tents.
Day two: free time until noon, relaxing on the beach or in the pool of the campsite. We visit the famous Melisini Cave by boat. Late in the afternoon, we get equipped, follow a safety briefing and paddle with kayaks in the bay of the campsite. Overnight in tents.
Day three: after breakfast we pack for the whole day, head to Antisamos Beach, a beautiful bay where we will have lunch in a taverna and enjoy the sun’s rays. In the afternoon, we paddle back to the campsite. Overnight in tents.
Day four: Transfer to the southern part of the island, where with the kayaks we will visit some of the most famous beaches, we will enter with the kayaks through stone arches, enjoying the solitude and small beaches. Overnight in tents.
Day five: Free day for the beach, as we will visit the very famous Myrtos Beach. Overnight in tents.
Day six: After breakfast transfer to the southern part of the island, we will visit Pescada Beach, and it is possible to see the Caretta-Caretta turtles during kayaking. Evening walk in the capital Agristoly. Overnight in campground.
Day seven: We depart early in the morning and arrive in Sofia in the evening.
