Description
Kayaking on the islands of Zakynthos and Lefkada – a combined kayaking adventure of the two pearls of the Ionian Sea – the islands of Zakynthos and Lefkada.
Day one: departure from Sofia in the morning at 4.30. Arrival in Killini, ferry to Zakynthos. Overnight in a campground.
Day two: free time until the afternoon, on the beach or in the pool of the campsite. Afternoon: equipment and safety briefing and kayaking on the beaches of Zakynthos, next to a neighboring sandy beach with shipwrecks. Overnight in a campground.
Day three: After breakfast, equipment and kayaking to Higia Beach, beach and diving. In the afternoon relax on the beach of the camping and the pool. Overnight in a campground.
Day four: Transfer of boats to The Port of Agio Nikolaos and kayaking to the Blue Caves and back. Visit the platform above Navagio Bay and we make pictures of the wonderful view that is revealed below us. Overnight in a campground.
Day five: Boat trip to Navagio Bay, beach time on the most famous bay of the island . Late afternoon visit to the island’s capital, Zakynthos.
Day six: Departure in the morning from the campsite for the ferry. Transfer to Lefkada Island. Kayaking at sunset. Overnight in a campground.
Day seven: This day we kayak through Desimi bay, and along the shores of Lefkada, we take time for swimming, diving relaxation on the beaches. In the hottest hours we visit the cool Nydri Waterfalls. Overnight in a campground.
Day eight: We are about to kayak safari around the islands of Scorpios, Sparti, Scorpidi, Madhuri and Meganisi, stopping at some of them for a holiday. Overnight in a campground.
Day nine: Visit the cave Papanicolaos – if the weather allows, since quite often on the nose there is a strong wind. Overnight in a campground.
Day 10: For the early birds, there is an opportunity for a kayak trip to the small islet of St. Tilia. Packing and departure to Sofia. Arrival in Sofia in the evening.
