The TEAMBUILDING-BG.COM website offers a catalogue of the services that “X-Club Consult Ltd. organizes: rafting, kayaking, teambuilding, canyoning, rope garden, paintball, children’s camps and others.

The description of each service describes a detailed program, as well as price, program conditions, place of performance, implementation period, what is and is not included in the price.

To participate in part of the programs, it is necessary to complete a declaration of voluntary participation and insurance.

The implementation of some of the services offered by “X-Club Consult” Ltd. is related to a minimum number of participants, which is indicated in their description.

The services offered by X-Club Consult Ltd. are specific and take place at a certain period of the year, which is indicated in the description of the service.
“X-Club Consult” Ltd. has the right to refuse the performance of the service within the agreed time frame if the execution is impossible for reasons beyond the control of “X-Club Consult” Ltd., for example: force mature, weather conditions, prohibition by state authorities, closing of borders/cities, etc.

“X-Club Consult” Ltd. has the right to refuse the performance of a reserved service within the agreed period if there is no group of a minimum number of people needed to perform the service according to the conditions announced on the website.
Users can re-book a new date for the activity or change the activity to another one, and if the newly-promised service has a higher price, an additional payment of the difference is required.

IV. Reservation and payments:

2. After the received enquiry, X-Club Consult Ltd is needed to confirm availability of group and dates for this specific activity via phone or email.

3. The user is needed to confirm on the following phones 0878889092/ 0889513447 or to email info@teambuilding-bg.com his will to join the group and activity.

4. After confirmation for joining the activity, the user is needed to make partial payment (10-30%), depending on the activity type, the exact amount is mentioned in the product information. The payment can be made to the following bank account:

5.The remaining payment for the respective program can be made to the bank account mentioned above, up to 3 days before the start date of the program. The payment is also possible on the day of the program on the meeting point. Upon request, X-Club Consult Ltd. can issue an invoice for the service used.

6. Partial or full payment made by a user on any service is refunded at 100%, in case of inability of “X-Club Consult” Ltd. to perform the service due to non-collection of the minimum number for execution.

7. Partial or full payment made by a user on any service is not refundable in case of no-show/refusal by the user.

8. Partial/full payment for a service and date may be redirected to another service, at notice, respectively:

– for one-day activities – rafting or kayaking – in a period of not less than 3 calendar days from the date of implementation;

– for multiple day programs – rafting or kayaking programs – in a period of not less than 14 calendar days from the date of implementation;

9. A partial/full payment made by a user on any service could be used by another participant if the user is unable to use the service.

V GIFT CERTIFICATES

Users can purchase gift vouchers for them or third parties for various services/activities offered by X-Club Consult Ltd.

The validity of the vouchers is 1 year from the date of issue.

The gift certificate service could be changed for another, if desired by the user.

Gift certificates cannot be replaced by their monetary value.

VI ADDITIONAL FIELD

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the regulation of the relations between “X-Club Consult” Ltd. and the users of a website TEAMBUILDING-BG.COM.

“X-Club Consult” Ltd. is entitled to receive payment for the service reserved by the user.
“X-Club Consult” Ltd does not have the obligation and the objective ability to control the way users use this website.

X-Club Consult Ltd. has the right to change the content of the website and the services offered at any time at its sole discretion, in case of change of its business policy, amendment of the offered services and their terms, change in applicable legislation or other circumstances.
