Description

Island kayak odyssey – a 5-day kayaking program, a combination between the islands of Diaporos and Ammouliani on the Chalkidiki Peninsula.

Dates: when a group is formed;

Day one – we leave Sofia in the morning and arrive in Chalkidiki in the afternoon. We put our equipment, listen to the safety briefing and get into the kayaks to visit Diaporos Island. Overnight in a campground.

Day two – after breakfast we get back on the kayaks and about 40 minutes of kayaking will take us to one of the beautiful sandy beaches of the island, where you will be able to swim or just enjoy the bright sun rays. kayak to the small island of Agia Isidoros. After a lunch break, we paddle around the island again. Active kayaking that day is about 4 hours. Overnight in campground.

Day three – we depart from the area of Diaporos Island and head to Tripiti. We load the bags on the kayaks and sail. About 40 minutes of kayaking will take us to one of the beautiful sandy beaches in the southwest of the Ammouliani island, where we will be able to swim or just enjoy the bright sun rays. We pass the small island of Nissakia. We settle in at the campsite, after which we have enough time to enjoy the sunset. Overnight in a campground.

Day four – we kayak to the small islands of Artemis and Pena, one of which has a bar where we can drink a frappé. We visit the capital of Ammouliani Island.

Day five – we continue our journey around Ammouliani and around the neighboring islands. We stop to enjoy the wonderful beaches, and before we reach Athos in front of us you will find the amazing view offered by its sights. With kayaking we will reach the resort village of Ouranoupoli /from the town of Ouranoupoli. “heavenly city”/, which is located 1 km away from the border with The Sveta gora. We load the kayaks and head to Sofia.
