Description
Kayaking on the second longest river in Europe – the Danube River, the largest river in Bulgaria. It is also a natural border with our northern neighbor – Romania. The river is very suitable for kayaking – hiking.
Level of difficulty: the program is suitable for beginners and no preliminary preparation for kayaking is required.
Day one– We meeting in the town of Vidin, we separate into doubles, we get acquainted with the rules for kayaking on the Danube, as well as the way of navigation. We get on the kayaks and take our adventure on the Danube. Our goal is a sandy island on which we’re going to make a camp. In the evening around the campfire, we discuss the day before.
Day two – we collect the tents and luggage, we equip ourselves, and then we paddle to the next island. During the day we stop for a short lunch break, during which we can cool off in the waters of the river and then proceed to the place of being on the island. In the evening near the campfire, we can share the impressions of the past day and have a glass.
Day three – we kayak to Lom town, load the kayaks and leave Danube river.
